教育目標 Course Target
使修讀學生瞭解餐旅相關產業之個案研究發展趨勢,並透過課程教導傳統型與討論型的個案、分組討論、專題研討、寫作教學等教學方式加深修讀學生對觀光與餐旅之個案研究的認識。
Let students understand the development trends of case research and development of catering and tourism related industries, and deepen the understanding of study students' case research on tourism and tourism through teaching courses, sub-group discussions, topic discussions, writing teaching and other teaching methods.
課程概述 Course Description
透過個案與質性探討,了解餐旅產業動脈。並透過質性研究之深入訪談,了解質性研究中個案研究的分析能力及培養學生的問題解決能力。
Learn about restaurant and tourism business through case and quality discussions. And through in-depth interviews with quality research, we can understand the analytical ability of case studies in quality research and cultivate students' problem-solving abilities.
