教育目標 Course Target

認識酵素與現代生物技術對酵素工程所做的改革。介紹酵素的結構與功能; 如何利用DNA重組的技術去clone一種酵素或改變酵素的功能,並探討分析酵素之活性。Understand the reforms made by enzyme engineering by modern biotechnology. Introduce the structure and function of enzymes; how to use DNA reorganization technology to remove or modify the function of enzymes, and explore and analyze the activity of enzymes.
