網際網路的發展促使新經濟法則的出現,企業必須要能夠在其營運過程與競爭策略中,盡量發揮網路經濟中各類經濟效果。換言之,企業在電子商務或電子市場中所扮演的角色不同,其所適用的價值流、營收模式、與後勤模式也不相同,但各構面之間彼此關聯而形成整體的商業模式。本學期電子商務將著重在網路經濟中,企業商業模式的設計與實施。因此,授課重點分成三部份,第一部份討論網路經濟的特性與機會,從總體面討論網際網路對企業帶來的各種機會與挑戰;第二部分討論利用網際網路經濟特性,而產生的新興商業模式。此部分關於商業模式的介紹,將深入從三種企業類型:價值商店、價值網路、以及價值鏈逐一討論之;第三部分從網站設計切入,討論企業組織如何透過網站的設計落實其商業模式的設計,以創造並維持其競爭優勢。除授課外,課程規劃亦要求學生分組進行企業訪談,主題為企業電子商務的應用實務,讓學生透過訪談,反芻課堂所學之後,觀察並分析電子商務的實際應用狀況。The development of the Internet has promoted the emergence of new economic laws.
