本課程預計以個案搭配實作的方式,讓同學們理解不同產業中代表性的企業,在推動企業社會責任(CSR)的具體案例與做法。
在理論層次上,希望透過課程上的討論,瞭解CSR的推動架構,並能比較不同企業CSR做法的優缺點,也有能力對於各項做法的整體社會效益進行評估與分析。
在實務層次上,希望能透過對於中部地區廠商的訪談,了解該公司的CSR的認知、態度以及目前的作法,並能對該公司未來推動CSR提出建設性的建議。
This course is intended to use a case-to-action approach to let students understand the specific cases and practices of representative enterprises in different industries and promote specific cases and practices of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
In terms of theoretical discussion, I hope to understand the promotion structure of CSR through course discussions, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of CSR practices in different enterprises, and have the ability to evaluate and analyze the overall social benefits of each practice.
In terms of practice, we hope to understand the company's CSR's awareness, attitude and current practices through visits to manufacturers in the central region, and to make constructive suggestions for the company's future promotion of CSR.
