Corporate Social Responsibility Case Study
教育目標 Course Target
本課程預計以個案搭配實作的方式，讓同學們理解不同產業中代表性的企業，在推動企業社會責任(CSR)的具體案例與做法。
在理論層次上，希望透過課程上的討論，瞭解CSR的推動架構，並能比較不同企業CSR做法的優缺點，也有能力對於各項做法的整體社會效益進行評估與分析。
在實務層次上，希望能透過對於中部地區廠商的訪談，了解該公司的CSR的認知、態度以及目前的作法，並能對該公司未來推動CSR提出建設性的建議。
This course is expected to use case studies to allow students to understand the specific cases and practices of representative companies in different industries in promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR).
At a theoretical level, I hope that through the discussions in the course, I can understand the promotion structure of CSR, compare the advantages and disadvantages of different companies' CSR practices, and be able to evaluate and analyze the overall social benefits of various practices.
At a practical level, I hope that through interviews with manufacturers in the central region, I can understand the company's CSR awareness, attitude and current practices, and provide constructive suggestions for the company's future promotion of CSR.
