教育目標 Course Target

透過本課程之研習,學生智識可獲得以下的成長: •了解餐旅資訊管理主要應用之範圍 •選購或使用餐旅資訊管理系統時,對其良窳做正確之判斷 •透過餐旅資訊管理系統之運用,提高管理效能 •熟悉餐旅資訊管理套裝軟體在作業層級之基本操作本課程針對學生對餐旅企業所使用之資訊系統的硬體結構與選擇,及軟體之種類與用途有深入的了解。Through the study of this course, students can gain the following growth with wisdom: • Understand the scope of the main applications of catering and travel information management • When choosing or using the catering and travel information management system, make correct judgments on its quality • Improve management efficiency through the use of the catering and travel information management system • Familiar with the basic operations of the catering and tourism information management software at the operating level. This course has an in-depth understanding of the hardware structure and selection of information systems used by catering and tourism companies, as well as the types and uses of software.
