教育目標 Course Target
由於學生尚未接觸酒精飲料,但職場所需所以必須讓學生能了解酒精飲料知識,並藉由分組報告能體會酒精飲料屬性.
Since students have not yet been exposed to alcoholic beverages, they must be able to understand alcoholic beverage knowledge and report the properties of alcoholic beverages through sub-group reports.
課程概述 Course Description
1. 認識酒精飲料的類別,特性及服務方式。
2. 瞭解酒精飲料對人體的影響。
3. 熟悉酒吧組織結構及人員管理方式。。
4. 瞭解飲料採購、驗收及儲存原則。
1. Understand the types, characteristics and service methods of alcoholic beverages.
2. Understand the impact of alcoholic beverages on human body.
3. Be familiar with the bar organization structure and personnel management methods. .
4. Understand the principles of purchasing, experiencing and saving beverages.
