教育目標 Course Target
Students will be equipped with the following knowledge after learning the course:
1. The human resource structure in Room division
2. Operational system and management in Room division
3. Facilities and amenities management
4. Safety Management修習本課程的學生將會不只熟悉飯店房間部門的營運及整理服務技巧之外,對於人力配置及房間維護成本也將有具體的概念,是充實客房管理的核心課程,藉由美國旅館協會的教材,加上國內的一些案例,可使學生對於服務的態度,內涵及臨場反應有一完整的學習。
Students will be equipped with the following knowledge after learning the course:
1. The human resource structure in Room division
2. Operational system and management in Room division
3. Facilities and amenities management
4. Safety Management students who take this course will not only be familiar with the management and service skills of the hotel room department, but also have a specific concept of human resource allocation and room maintenance costs. It is the core course for fulfilling room management. Through the textbooks of the American Hotel Association and some domestic cases, students can have a complete learning of the service attitude, connotation and scene reaction.

Introduce the various work practices of the housing department, as well as the professional knowledge and management skills that should be provided as a housing management level.
