教育目標 Course Target
使學生明瞭目前國內食品工廠執行品質管理之相關制度，使其對食品工廠品質管理有整體性的輪廓與進一步的瞭解。
介紹食品工廠經營管理之相關品保制度，包括TQF(Taiwan Quality Food)及CAS食品認證制度、GHP食品良好衛生規範準則、食品安全管理系統(ISO 22000)與危害分析重要管制系統(HACCP)及ISO9001品質管理系統等，讓實習同學對食品工廠之管理現況有進一步了解。
Let students understand the relevant systems for quality management of domestic food factories, so that they can have a comprehensive profile and further understanding of food factories' quality management.
Introducing the relevant quality assurance system for food factory management, including TQF (Taiwan Quality Food) and CAS food certification system, GHP food good health standards, food safety management system (ISO 22000), hazard analysis important control system (HACCP) and ISO9001 quality management system, etc., let practical students have a further understanding of the current management of food factory.
