Directed Research

教育目標 Course Target

1. 完整明瞭研究動機及背景、研究設計及方法學及研究結果之詮釋
2. 取樣適當、資料有足夠的豐富性,並以適當的方法處理與分析,能進行詮釋與推論
3. 報告呈現完整明確研究架構,論證脈絡清晰均衡而彼此關聯整合
4. 能完整掌握研究方法,程序邏輯清晰,能產生可信結果1.認識實驗室環境及參與Lab meeting (參與Lab meeting至少3次)
2.研究相關文獻收集及閱讀(至少5篇)
3.文獻整理報告及討論(上台報告至少2次)
4.研究主要使用之儀器設備/研究工具原理及操作說明
5.研究架構及說明

1. Completely understand the motivation and background of the research, the research design and methodology, and the interpretation of the research results.
2. Sampling is appropriate, the data is rich enough, processed and analyzed with appropriate methods, and interpretation and inference can be made
3. The report presents a complete and clear research structure, and the argumentation context is clear, balanced, and interconnected and integrated.
4. Be able to fully master the research methods, have clear program logic, and be able to produce credible results 1. Understand the laboratory environment and participate in Lab meetings (participate in Lab meetings at least 3 times)
2. Collect and read research-related literature (at least 5 articles)
3. Literature compilation report and discussion (report on stage at least 2 times)
4. Principles and operating instructions of the main instruments and equipment/research tools used in the research
5. Research structure and description

課程概述 Course Description

提供全系老師們的研究方向或研究題目,同學們依據自己的興趣與相關專題研究的指導老師洽談,並進入指導老師的研究室從事專題研究,透過老師的指導進行主題研究及論文之繕寫,除於期末進行口試,並鼓勵參加食品相關協會所舉辦的年會論文發表.

The research directions or research topics of all the teachers in the department are provided. Students negotiate with the instructors of relevant special research based on their own interests, and enter the instructor's laboratory to engage in special research. Through the guidance of the teacher, they conduct topic research and write papers. In addition to taking an oral examination at the end of the semester, students are encouraged to participate in annual conferences organized by food-related associations and publish papers.
