Directed Research

教育目標 Course Target

1. 完整明瞭研究動機及背景、研究設計及方法學及研究結果之詮釋
2. 取樣適當、資料有足夠的豐富性,並以適當的方法處理與分析,能進行詮釋與推論
3. 報告呈現完整明確研究架構,論證脈絡清晰均衡而彼此關聯整合
4. 能完整掌握研究方法,程序邏輯清晰,能產生可信結果1.認識實驗室環境及參與Lab meeting (參與Lab meeting至少3次)
2.研究相關文獻收集及閱讀(至少5篇)
3.文獻整理報告及討論(上台報告至少2次)
4.研究主要使用之儀器設備/研究工具原理及操作說明
5.研究架構及說明

1. Completely understand the research motor and background, research design and methodology and research results.
2. Be appropriate in order to make the data rich enough, and process and analyze in appropriate methods, and be able to comment and recommend
3. The report presents a complete and clear research structure, and the evidence links are clear and balanced and are related to each other.
4. Be able to fully master the research methods, clearly edit the program, and produce credible results. 1. Understand the environment of the experiment room and participate in Lab meeting (accomplish Lab meeting at least 3 times)
2. Collect and read research related articles (at least 5 articles)
3. Document collection and discussion (report at least 2 times on stage)
4. Principles and operation instructions for instrument equipment/research tools that are mainly used in research
5. Research structure and explanation

課程概述 Course Description

提供全系老師們的研究方向或研究題目,同學們依據自己的興趣與相關專題研究的指導老師洽談,並進入指導老師的研究室從事專題研究,透過老師的指導進行主題研究及論文之繕寫,除於期末進行口試,並鼓勵參加食品相關協會所舉辦的年會論文發表.

Provide research directions or research topics for all teachers in the department. Students will discuss with the guidance teachers of related topic research based on their own interests, and enter the guidance teachers' research office to conduct topic research and essay research through the guidance teachers' guidance. In addition to oral trials at the end of the period, they will encourage them to participate in the publication of the annual conference papers organized by the Food Related Association.
