免疫學與微生物學、營養學、細胞生物學、神經內分泌學，乃至於分子生物學都有密切之關連。因內容龐大複雜，在沒有導引性課程之下，初習者容易望之卻步。本課程以食品科學系或其他生命科學相關科系大二以上學生為對象，嘗試以建構在普通生物學的基礎上深入淺出方式帶領修習者進入免疫生物學的奧妙殿堂，除瞭解免疫機制之各部運作原理，也能初步瞭解免疫系統與身體其他系統之交互關係，以及環境因子如食物、壓力、疾病等對於系統之影響。1.免疫系統成員/扮演角色與免疫基本概念

8.先天及後天免疫疾病Immunology is closely related to microbiology, nutrition, cell biology, neuromeological, and even molecular biology. Due to the huge and complicated content, the first trainees are easy to look at without guidance courses. In this course, a sophomore in the Department of Food Science or other departments of life sciences as the object, trying to lead the tutor to the Magic Palace of immunomanology on the basis of constructing ordinary biology. Principles can also preliminary understanding of the interaction between the immune system and other systems of the body, as well as the impact of environmental factors such as food, pressure, and disease on the system. 1. 本課程為三學分，涵蓋下列課題：免疫系統之成員與角色介紹、抗體與B細胞、T細胞與抗原辨認、B細胞與T細胞發育、B細胞與T細胞於後天免疫所擔任任務(包含補體系統)、身體對感染之防禦、防禦之失敗、免疫過度反應、自體免疫疾病，最後為免疫系統之操控。其中將穿插以Kuby與Janeway兩本參考書中較新且有趣之免疫發現與實驗內容。
This course is three credits, covering the following topics: members of the immune system and character introduction, antibody and B cells, T cells and antigen recognition, B cells and T cell development, B cells and T cells are assigned by the acquired immune (including supplement body body System), the body's defense, defect failure, excessive reactions of immune, and autoimmune diseases, and finally manipulation of the immune system. Among them, the two reference books of Kuby and Janeway will be interspersed with new and interesting immune discovery and experimental content.
