1. Epidemic prevention in animal husbandry production, production of fermentation and frying, pollution prevention and control, and waste recycling, etc.
2. Animal processing includes fermentation process of milk, meat, eggs and by-product juice, and food safety microbial testing, etc.
3. Biotechnology includes protein production, drug production, genetic engineering, etc. of microorganisms.
All require basic knowledge of microbiology. This further extends the topics and practices of basic knowledge, which can help students to deepen their in-depth learning in their undergraduate subjects and lay the foundation for practical skills and knowledge for future application.
