隨著幹細胞與再生醫學領域的發展,其所涉及及衍生的各式倫理、法律及社會議題也逐漸受到重視。本課程旨在幫助學生建立科學倫理的基本觀念,並且能熟悉及運用倫理學的方法與思維,解決在生醫科技應用時所產生的倫理問題。課程內容包括轉譯醫學的介紹與科學研究倫理的基本原則,並以主題討論的方式來探討易具有爭議之科學研究議題,包括胚胎與幹細胞研究、遺傳檢測與諮詢以及生物基因資料庫的建立。With the development of the field of calculating and regenerative medicine, the various ethical, legal and social issues involved and derived from them have gradually been paid attention to. This course aims to help students establish basic scientific ethics concepts, and be familiar with and use ethics methods and thinking to solve ethics problems arising from the application of biomedical technology. The course includes the introduction of medical science and the basic principles of scientific research ethics, and explore the scientific research topics that are easily controversial in the form of topic discussion, including embryonic and fertilized cell research, transmission testing and consultation, and the establishment of biological gene databases.
