組織行為(Organizational Behavior,簡稱OB)是一種應用科學,引用各種相關的學術知識來解釋組織裡的現象。是結合各社會科學與管理學知識的學科,基於科學研究基礎探討組織中個體、團體及組織整體的學術領域,其目的是要改善組織的效能,透過系統的研究與論述使人們更了解組織。
1.組織行為重視整體行為,不僅是組織成員的個人行為。
2.組織行為根據組織建立宗旨有明確的目的性。
3.組織行為是組織成員互動或共同活動的行為。
4.組織行為是透過組織成員的個體行為來實現的,又影響成員的個體行為。
Organizational Behavior (OB) is an applied science that quotes various related academic knowledge to explain the phenomenon in the organization. It is a discipline that combines the knowledge of various social sciences and management. Based on the basics of scientific research, the overall academic field of individuals, groups, and organizations in the organization. The purpose is to improve the efficiency of the organization, and to let people understand the organization better through systematic research and discussion.
1. Organic behavior attaches great importance to the overall behavior, not to organize members' personal behavior.
2. Organizational behavior has clear purpose according to the establishment of the purpose of the organization.
3. Organizational behavior is an act of organizing members of the organization or common activities.

社會工作系同學畢業後,通常加入組織工作,需要承上啟下,又需要對外聯繫,扮演各種角色。但是,對上、對下、對內、對外等挑戰,並沒有接受嚴謹的學理訓練。本課程就是要強化這些方面的能力。
現代社會是由組織所構成,現代人幾乎都是組織人,社會工作此一專業也常透過組織去推動。組織溝通既複雜又單純,複雜的是人與人際間的關係組合。單純的是只有三個要素。任何組織圖都是由這三個要素所組成,一是方塊,表明職位,每個職位有根本該做的事;兩條線,一個是上下的指揮,一個是平行的聯繫。
如何認識、適應、分析進而改變組織是任何組織人的挑戰,本課程幫助學生認識與分析組織,以利在組織理有好的表現,實踐在社工專業方面所學。
組織行為是在組織之中的,學習本課程應該從組織的角度去分析與探究有那些框架、那些先存的力量,然後瞭解組織人如何在既定的架構中生存、發展、改變。
本課程透過多項心理測驗協助學生瞭解與學習。

Modern society is composed of organizations. Modern people are almost organized, and social work is often promoted by organizations. Organizing communication is both complicated and simple. The complexity is the combination of relationship between people and interpersonal. There are only three elements. Any organization diagram is composed of these three elements. One is the square, indicating that the position should be done at all; two lines, one is the command of the upper and lower, and the other is a parallel connection.
How to recognize, adapt to, and analyze the challenges of any organizer. This course helps students understand and analyze the organization, so as to facilitate good performance in the organization and practice in social workers.
Organizational behaviors are in the organization. Learning this course should analyze and explore those frameworks and precedent forces from the perspective of the organization, and then understand how the organizers survive, develop, and change in the established architecture.
This course assists students to understand and learn through a number of psychological tests.
