教育目標 Course Target

組織行為(Organizational Behavior,簡稱OB)是一種應用科學,引用各種相關的學術知識來解釋組織裡的現象。是結合各社會科學與管理學知識的學科,基於科學研究基礎探討組織中個體、團體及組織整體的學術領域,其目的是要改善組織的效能,透過系統的研究與論述使人們更了解組織。 1.組織行為重視整體行為,不僅是組織成員的個人行為。 2.組織行為根據組織建立宗旨有明確的目的性。 3.組織行為是組織成員互動或共同活動的行為。 4.組織行為是透過組織成員的個體行為來實現的,又影響成員的個體行為。 Organizational Behavior (simplely OB) is an application science that cites various relevant academic knowledge to explain the phenomena in an organization. It is a science that combines various social science and management knowledge. It explores the academic fields of individuals, groups and organizational bodies in organizations based on scientific research. Its purpose is to improve the effectiveness of organizations and make people better understand organizations through systematic research and discussion. 1. Organizational behavior focuses on overall behavior, not only the personal behavior of the organizational members. 2. Organizational behavior has clear purpose according to the organizational establishment purpose. 3. Organizational behavior is the behavior of organizational members interacting or co-acting. 4. Organizational behavior is realized through the individual behavior of the organization members and affects the individual behavior of the member.


課程概述 Course Description

社會工作系同學畢業後,通常加入組織工作,需要承上啟下,又需要對外聯繫,扮演各種角色。但是,對上、對下、對內、對外等挑戰,並沒有接受嚴謹的學理訓練。本課程就是要強化這些方面的能力。 現代社會是由組織所構成,現代人幾乎都是組織人,社會工作此一專業也常透過組織去推動。組織溝通既複雜又單純,複雜的是人與人際間的關係組合。單純的是只有三個要素。任何組織圖都是由這三個要素所組成,一是方塊,表明職位,每個職位有根本該做的事;兩條線,一個是上下的指揮,一個是平行的聯繫。 如何認識、適應、分析進而改變組織是任何組織人的挑戰,本課程幫助學生認識與分析組織,以利在組織理有好的表現,實踐在社工專業方面所學。 組織行為是在組織之中的,學習本課程應該從組織的角度去分析與探究有那些框架、那些先存的力量,然後瞭解組織人如何在既定的架構中生存、發展、改變。 本課程透過多項心理測驗協助學生瞭解與學習。
After graduating from the social work department, they usually join the organizational work, which requires connections and external contacts, playing various roles. However, he did not accept serious psychological training in the challenge of top, bottom, internal, external. This course is about strengthening these abilities. Modern society is composed of organizations. Most modern people are organizational people, and the profession of social work is often promoted through organizations. The organizational communication is complex and simple, and what is complicated is the relationship between people and people. The simple one is that there are only three elements. Any organizational diagram is composed of these three elements, one is a square, indicating that the position, each position has a fundamental thing to do; the two lines, one is an up and down command, and the other is a parallel connection. How to recognize, adapt, analyze and change the organization is a challenge for any organization. This course helps students to recognize and analyze the organization to facilitate good performance in organizational management and to learn in social work. Organizational behavior is in organization. Learning this course should analyze and explore what frameworks and pre-existing forces are there from the perspective of organization, and then understand how organizations survive, develop and change in established structures. This course helps students understand and learn through a variety of psychological tests.
