Course Description

After graduating from the Department of Social Work, students usually join organizations and work in organizations, where they need to connect the past and the next, connect with external parties, and play various roles. However, they did not receive rigorous academic training in facing challenges such as upwards, downwards, internally, and externally. This course is to strengthen abilities in these areas.
Modern society is made up of organizations. Almost all modern people are organizers. The profession of social work is often promoted through organizations. Organizational communication is both complex and simple. What is complex is the combination of relationships between people. There are simply three elements. Any organizational chart is composed of these three elements. One is the box, which indicates the position. Each position has what it basically should do; two lines, one is the upward and downward command, and the other is the parallel connection.
How to understand, adapt, analyze and change organizations is a challenge for any organizational person. This course helps students understand and analyze organizations so as to perform well in organizational management and practice what they have learned in the social work major.
Organizational behavior is within the organization. To study this course, you should analyze and explore those frameworks and pre-existing forces from an organizational perspective, and then understand how organizational people survive, develop, and change within the established structure.
This course helps students understand and learn through a variety of psychological tests.
