協助學生了解社區組織與社區發展的基本概念，社區工作做為社會工作三大方法之一，協助學生區辨社區工作與個案、團體工作的共同性與差異性。運用社區實地教學方法，讓學生親自體驗社區實地推動工作的情境，提升學生學習的效果，並提前培養在社區工作的就業力。
※課程內涵 (Course Contents)
社區組織與社區發展的課程內涵，將包括社區的基本概念、社區組織的意涵、社區的功能、社區的資源、社區工作的目標、社區組織與社區發展的歷史發展、歐美重要社區組織領導先驅推動社區工作的經驗、台灣社區組織的歷史發展與概況、實地社區參訪、實地進入社區進行基本社區調查服務學習。
※ Course objectives
Assist students to understand the basic concepts of community organizations and community development. As one of the three major methods of community work, community work will assist students to distinguish the commonality and differences of community work and cases and group work. The use of community on -site teaching methods to allow students to experience the situation of community on -site promotion of work, enhance the effect of students' learning, and cultivate employment working in the community in advance.
※ Course Contents
Curriculum connotation of community organizations and community development will include the basic concepts of the community, the meaning of the community organization, the functions of the community, the community's resources, the goals of the community work, the historical development of community organization and community development, the pioneer of leaders of important community organizations in Europe and the United States Promote the experience of community work, the historical development and overview of the Taiwan community organization, the visit of the community on the spot, and enter the community to conduct basic community survey services.
根植於共同生活的土地，社區工作成為社會工作者重要的三大工作方法之一。本課程將從各國社區組織與社區發展的歷史脈絡開始，進入社區工作的基本概念；接著，藉由實際社區組織參訪與社區基本調查學習，相互參照各種社區工作的重要理論與實務議題，學習社區工作之重要工作方法，以養成社區工作者的基本能力為學習之目標。
Given the land where common lives, community work has become one of the three major working methods of social workers. This course will start from the historical context of community organizations and community development in various countries, and enter the basic concept of community work; then, through the actual community organization visits and basic investigations of the community, they will refer to the important theoretical and practical issues of various community work and learn from each other. The important method of working in community work is to develop the basic ability of community workers as the goal of learning.
