教育目標 Course Target
組織理論課程旨在介紹公共行政組織長久以來發展及實務所推演建立的組織運作方針、組織行為詮釋架構，藉此讓同學們了解複雜多元的組織運作實務。詳細課程目標將於課堂上發放授課大綱，提出詳盡介紹，並由師生共同討論授課大綱設計之修改需求。
The organizational theory course aims to introduce the organizational operation policies and organizational behavior interpretation framework derived from the long-term development and practice of public administration organizations, so that students can understand the complex and diverse organizational operation practices. Detailed course objectives will be distributed in class, and a detailed introduction will be given. Teachers and students will discuss the need for modifications to the syllabus design.
