組織理論課程旨在介紹公共行政組織長久以來發展及實務所推演建立的組織運作方針、組織行為詮釋架構,藉此讓同學們了解複雜多元的組織運作實務。詳細課程目標將於課堂上發放授課大綱,提出詳盡介紹,並由師生共同討論授課大綱設計之修改需求。The organizational theory course aims to introduce the organizational operational approach and organizational behavior structures that have been developed and implemented by the public administration organization for a long time, so that students can understand the complex and diverse organizational operational practices. Detailed course objectives will be issued in the class, providing detailed introductions, and teachers and students will jointly discuss the modification requirements for the teaching project design.
