教育目標 Course Target
本課程的目的在銜接第一學期國際關係的理論與重要議題，並探究在國際社會無政府狀態中的戰爭與衝突，和平與合作。本學期重點在於描述，分析與探討對世界和平的威脅，以及如何化解潛在的威脅。
學期的下半段則是聚焦在全球金融、貿易與環境等非傳統安全議題。在21世界的今日，這些非傳統安全議題對大部分人的日常生活影響更大。
The purpose of this course is to connect the theories and important issues of international relations in the first semester, and to explore war and conflict, peace and cooperation in the anarchy of international society. This semester focuses on describing, analyzing, and exploring threats to world peace and how to mitigate potential threats.
The second half of the semester focuses on non-traditional security issues such as global finance, trade and environment. In today's 21st world, these non-traditional security issues have a greater impact on most people's daily lives.
