適合學習日語已達一學期以上之學習者，由於台灣與日本商業交流十分頻繁，學習商用日文日趨重要。本課程希望帶領學生進入商用日文的領域，藉由閱讀、聆聽CD，搭配文型與文法解說，從最基礎的應對進退談起，循序漸進，並進而理解日本的人文化、思想，進而練習日文的口語溝通與商談習慣。授課採口頭說明模擬實境，以CD播放的方式，並與學生分享實際狀況，並視需要做書面練習與課後作業。
