Global economic and financial situations are changing rapidly. In order to ensure investment and develop national economy, the securities trading-related regulations are of great importance. The courses are mainly based on our Securities and Exchange Law, which introduce the legislative purpose, legislative principles, applicable scope, trading and management of securities markets, raising and issuance of securities, underwriting, listing and securities companies of securities, and the Establish relevant issues such as management, securities and finance, securities investment and trust, and corporate governance. We hope that this course can assist students in the course to have a comprehensive understanding of the relevant regulations on securities market operations, and combine the professional background of financial and taxes, and the two are integrated.
