誠然，商事法對於企管系學生未來從事實務工作的重要性是不可言喻為。國內法律體系所稱之「商事法」者，主要涵蓋公司法、票據法、海商法、保險法，其整體上係以保障交易安全為核心。惟晚近多元且豐富的商事法律運作，重新改寫了商事法的範疇與重要性，商事法律規範也呈現出不同的重心。本課程將以公司法、票據法、與保險法，做為課程講授的主軸，使修課同學宏觀掌握現代商事法律行為的基本內容，並在實際的實務運作中，瞭解其主要的爭議問題所在。

It is true that the importance of commercial law for business management students to engage in practical work in the future is indescribable. What is called "commercial law" in the domestic legal system mainly covers company law, bill law, maritime law, and insurance law. On the whole, it is centered on ensuring the safety of transactions. However, the recent diversified and rich commercial legal operations have rewritten the scope and importance of commercial law, and commercial legal norms have also shown different focuses.
