課程系統介紹民法一般商事規定與商事法特別之商業法規內容之比較並透過生活見聞、實務個案及司實務運作之現況運用，藉以印證法理及實務之差別，藉以提升同學對法律議題的興趣與認識。票據法部分，配合民法、民事訴訟法、強制執行法等法規，講述銀行業務與客戶之法律關係。其目的在使學生在了解票據法等相關規定外，亦能熟悉金融票據實務運作程序。

The course systematically introduces the comparison between the general commercial provisions of civil law and the special commercial regulations of commercial law, and uses it through life experiences, practical cases and the current situation of departmental practical operations to confirm the differences between legal principles and practice, thereby enhancing students' interest and understanding of legal issues. The Negotiable Instruments Law section, in conjunction with civil law, civil procedure law, enforcement law and other regulations, describes the legal relationship between banking business and customers. The purpose is to enable students to familiarize themselves with the practical operating procedures of financial instruments in addition to understanding relevant regulations such as the Negotiable Instruments Law.
