本課程以個案教學為主，課堂中將發放10個國內本土企業之個案，並搭配參考教材的講授。
（可能討論的個案包含85度C、宏廣公司、王品、春水堂、薰衣草森林、勝華、拓凱、喬山、聚陽、中國砂輪、廣運機械等）
參考教材以于卓民、李吉仁，2013年，策略管理精論，前程文化出版 及Grant, Contemporary Strategy analysis, Blackwell Press 為主，並搭配一些較具前瞻性的管理論文或文獻。

This course focuses on teaching a case. 10 cases of domestic and local enterprises will be distributed in the classroom, and will be taught with reference to the textbooks.
(The cases that may be discussed include 85 degrees C, Hongguang Company, Wangpin, Chunshuitang, Lavender Forest, Shenghua, Tuokai, Joshan, Juyang, Chinese sand wheel, Guanghua machinery, etc.)
The reference textbooks are mainly Yu Zhuomin and Li Jiren. In 2013, the strategic management research, Qiancheng Culture Publishing and Grant, Contemporary Strategy analysis, Blackwell Press, and are paired with some forward-looking management articles or articles.
