1.本課程系統性地介紹真菌學,包括真菌生理、形態、分類、遺傳、演化、生態和應用。真菌在真核生物域中獨佔一界,在分類與遺傳學研究屢有新的進展;其生命形式、生理生態功能獨樹一幟,自經典釀造產業到現代生物科技產業都扮演重要角色,於食品與工業應用發展尤其快速,課程有助同學建立求學就業所需之真菌學相關知識與技能。
2.本課程 3 學分授課包括課堂講授、12小時線上課程,以及問題導向學習。包括錄影帶與校外參訪讓同學認識真菌學支產業應用。
3.為使學生有更多的自主學習空間,培養較高層次的學習與認知能力,深入學習應用課程內容,實施提高學分數,外加 2 學分實作,以問題導向學習,推動學生產學接軌之學習與訓練,為深碗課程。1. This course systematically introduces fungal learning, including fungal physiology, form, classification, transmission, evolution, ecology and application. Fungi occupy a unique world in the eukaryotic domain and have made new progress in classification and transmission research; their life forms and physiological and biological functions are unique, and they play an important role from classical manufacturing to modern biotechnology industries. They are developing particularly rapidly in food and industrial applications. The courses help students establish knowledge and skills related to fungi that are needed to learn.
2. This course 3 The sub-teaching courses include class lectures, 12-hour online courses, and problem-oriented learning. Including recording of film belts and off-campus visits, allowing students to understand the application of fungi branching.
3. In order to give students more independent learning space, cultivate higher learning and awareness abilities, deeply learn the content of the application course, implement improvement of the learning score, plus 2 learning scores, and promote learning and training in production and learning, which is the deep bowl course.
