教育目標 Course Target
1.本課程系統性地介紹真菌學,包括真菌生理、形態、分類、遺傳、演化、生態和應用。真菌在真核生物域中獨佔一界,在分類與遺傳學研究屢有新的進展;其生命形式、生理生態功能獨樹一幟,自經典釀造產業到現代生物科技產業都扮演重要角色,於食品與工業應用發展尤其快速,課程有助同學建立求學就業所需之真菌學相關知識與技能。
2.本課程 3 學分授課包括課堂講授、12小時線上課程,以及問題導向學習。包括錄影帶與校外參訪讓同學認識真菌學支產業應用。
3.為使學生有更多的自主學習空間,培養較高層次的學習與認知能力,深入學習應用課程內容,實施提高學分數,外加 2 學分實作,以問題導向學習,推動學生產學接軌之學習與訓練,為深碗課程。
1. This course systematically introduces mycology, including fungal physiology, morphology, classification, genetics, evolution, ecology and applications. Fungi occupies a unique category in the eukaryote field, and have repeatedly made new progress in classification and genetic research. Their life forms and physiological and ecological functions are unique. They play an important role from the classic brewing industry to the modern biotechnology industry. They are developing particularly rapidly in food and industrial applications. The course will help students build the mycology-related knowledge and skills needed for study and employment.
2. The 3-credit course of this course includes classroom lectures, 12 hours of online courses, and problem-based learning. Including videos and off-campus visits to let students understand the application of mycology branch industry.
3. In order to allow students to have more space for independent learning, cultivate higher-level learning and cognitive abilities, in-depth study of applied course content, increase the number of credits, plus 2 credits of practical practice, problem-oriented learning, and promote the learning and training of students in line with their studies, it is a deep bowl course.
