Laboratory Practice in Mycology

教育目標 Course Target

1.問題導向學習,與產業界合作,推動學生產學接軌之學習與訓練,完成專題研究。
2.有食品工業研究所、自然科學博物館、特有生物保育與研究中心、台中榮總與產業界等,透過參訪與討論,媒合探討問題。經背景文獻回顧,界定問題、提出假說,設計實驗,學習實驗技能與完成實驗。過程有任課教師與產業老師共同指導,期末有專題報告。
3.使學生有更多的自主學習空間,應用課程內容,培養較高層次的學習與認知能力,建立求學就業所需之真菌學相關知識與技能。

1. Problem-oriented learning, cooperate with the industry, promote learning and training in production and reception, and complete topic research.
2. There are Food Industry Research Institute, Natural Science Museum, Exclusive Biological Conservation and Research Center, Taichung General and the industry, etc., through visits and discussions, media discuss issues. Revisit the background text, define the problem, put forward hypotheses, design the experiment, learn the experiment skills and complete the experiment. During the process, there are joint guidance from the teacher and the employee, and there are special reports at the end of the period.
3. Give students more independent learning space, apply course content, cultivate higher learning and knowledge abilities, and establish fungi-related knowledge and skills required for learning and learning.
