1.問題導向學習，與產業界合作，推動學生產學接軌之學習與訓練，完成專題研究。
2.有食品工業研究所、自然科學博物館、特有生物保育與研究中心、台中榮總與產業界等，透過參訪與討論，媒合探討問題。經背景文獻回顧，界定問題、提出假說，設計實驗，學習實驗技能與完成實驗。過程有任課教師與產業老師共同指導，期末有專題報告。
3.使學生有更多的自主學習空間，應用課程內容，培養較高層次的學習與認知能力，建立求學就業所需之真菌學相關知識與技能。

1. Problem-based learning, cooperation with industry, promoting learning and training for students to integrate production with study, and completing special research.
2. The Institute of Food Industry, the Museum of Natural Science, the Center for Conservation and Research of Endemic Organisms, the Taichung Institute of Technology, and the industry will discuss issues through visits and discussions. After reviewing the background literature, define the problem, propose a hypothesis, design the experiment, learn experimental skills and complete the experiment. The process is jointly guided by classroom teachers and industrial teachers, and there is a special report at the end of the semester.
3. Allow students to have more space for independent learning, apply course content, cultivate higher-level learning and cognitive abilities, and establish mycology-related knowledge and skills needed for study and employment.
