本課程目的在幫助實習生於教育實習的過程中，與實習輔導教師及實習指導教師共同合作，俾能在教學實際現場獲得最大的學習，為未來的教學做更好的準備。The purpose of this course is to help practical students in the process of educational practice, and to work with practical coaching teachers and practical coaching teachers so that they can gain the greatest learning in the teaching realm and make better preparations for future teaching.

指導修畢教育學程學生至實習學校進行為期6個月的全時教育實習。
了解中等教育實習學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題，體認教育實習的角色與任務，調整與面對理想與現實可能之衝突。並掌握教育實習、教師檢定及教師甄試之知能，提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。
本課程目標在於：
1.結合與驗證教學的理論和實際的關係
2.導引師資生由生手到熟手的演進過程
3.精熟教學技巧與熟練班級經營策略
4.體驗教學與行政實務
