課程內涵:本課程主要介紹社會政策以及社會立法的相關概念,說明社會政策的定義、相關意識型態和價值、政策制定的模型、以及比較政策等內容。希望藉此可以促使學習者能夠應用前述,批判性地檢視台灣當前主要的社會政策(如社會保險、社會救助、包含兒少、身障、老人、婦女在內的福利服務)。以為日後更有效的助人,做好準備。
Connotation of the course: This course mainly introduces the related concepts of social policy and social legislation, and explains the definition of social policy, the relevant consciousness types and values, the model of policy formulation, and comparative policies. It is hoped that this will encourage learners to apply the foregoing and critically review Taiwan’s current major social policies (such as social insurance, social assistance, welfare services including minority, physical disabilities, elderly people, and women). I hope to help others more effectively in the future and make good preparations.
