社會團體工作是社會工作直接服務的三大方法之一，社會工作者以團體工作來協助個人發展與解決問題，同時透過團體工作來影響社區，挑戰社會結構。本課程為一學年之課程，主要目的在於讓學生瞭解團體工作基本概念與相關理論，團體歷程發展及團體動力運作，並透過實際演練學習團體帶領與操作之技能，將課堂所學之知識與技能運用於實務場域。上學期課程主要聚焦在團體工作基本概念的認識，團體動力與團體歷程的介紹，並輔以課堂演練。帶領學生透過小組實作撰寫團體工作計畫，學習規劃團體方案。下學期之課程則著重於團體帶領與操作的演練，並透各案研討的方式與實務工作者分享，使同學認識團體工作在不同社會工作領域之運用。Social group work is one of the three major methods of direct social work. Social workers use group work to help individual development and solve problems, and at the same time, influence the community through group work and challenge social structure. This course is a year-long course. The main purpose is to enable students to understand the basic concepts and related theories of group work, group process development and group dynamic operation, and to use the knowledge and skills learned in the class in the practical field through actual practice. The course of the school mainly focuses on the understanding of the basic concepts of group work, the introduction of group motivation and group experience, and practices in class. Lead students through the group to write group work plans and learn group plans. The course in the next session will focus on the group leadership and operational practice, and will share it with practical workers through discussions on each case, so that students can understand the use of group work in different social work areas.
社會團體工作是社會工作的三大方法之一，從一開始立基於社區，以團體的方式解決或改善社區成員社交、經濟或個人的共同困擾，如今團體工作已有更多元的發展，本課程訓練為期一年，將訓練學生達成如下目標：

Social group work is one of the three major methods of social work. From the beginning, it is based on the community and solves or improves the social, economic or personal common difficulties of community members in a group way. Nowadays, group work has developed more diversifiedly. This course is a one-year training period, which will achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the historical evolution and work goals of social group work
2. Introduction to the commonly used types of social group work
Such as: supportive groups, experiential groups, treatment (treatment) groups, mission-oriented groups
3. Understand the elements that affect the operation of the group
(1) Group power
(2) The role and leadership skills of the group leader
(3) Group member and member needs assessment
(4) Experience the group from the experience group (motor)
4. Learn how to work in a group
(1) Learn to write group planning books
(2) Learn how to evaluate groups
