The purpose of this course is to provide students with a fundamental understanding of corporate finance. The topics include financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow valuation, investment analysis, risk analysis, bond valuation, stock valuation. and risk and return.

課程概述 Course Description
本課程為財金所的財務理論課程，希望透過一學期的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習，同時也對相關主題之期刊發表論文做一研討，使同學可以進一步瞭解與熟悉財務理論的發展現況。
This course is a financial theory course of the Institute of Finance and Economics. We hope that through a period of time, students will have a more complete learning of financial theory. At the same time, they will also conduct a discussion on the publication of journals on related topics, so that students can further understand and be familiar with the development of financial theory.
