本課程為財金系的財務理論課程，希望透過一學年的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習。由於本課程是財金領域的重要基礎課程，因此將重視觀念的傳授與引導，為未來的財金專業課程奠定好的基礎。
