教育目標 Course Target
人力資源管理 (Human Resource Management) 一直是國內外企業所重視的議題。透過有系統的管理方式，發展個人能力，有策略的運用人力資源以強化企業組織的競爭力。此外，也將針對近年來備受重視的「領導力」與「企業家精神」進行探討。
Human Resource Management has always been an issue that domestic and foreign companies attach great importance to. Through systematic management methods, we develop personal abilities and strategically use human resources to strengthen the competitiveness of corporate organizations. In addition, "leadership" and "entrepreneurship", which have received much attention in recent years, will also be discussed.
