本課程在研討國際人力資源管理之主要專題及實務應用，透過理論架構複習及實務案例的導入，探討國際企業之人力資源管理規劃實施及評估控制，提供國際企業管理者建置與應用人力資源管理之有效學習。This course discusses the main topics and practical applications of international human resource management.
