課程概述 Course Description

1. 認識酒精飲料的類別,特性及服務方式。
2. 瞭解酒精飲料對人體的影響。
3. 熟悉酒吧組織結構及人員管理方式。。
4. 瞭解飲料採購、驗收及儲存原則。

1. Understand the categories, characteristics and service methods of alcoholic beverages.
2. Understand the effects of alcoholic beverages on the human body.
3. Be familiar with the bar’s organizational structure and personnel management methods. .
4. Understand the principles of beverage purchasing, acceptance and storage.
