教導學生對於獸醫科學如：細菌學、病毒學、寄生蟲學,病理學、藥理學等基礎學科及其他動物疾病相關學門之原理、機轉及疾病控制應用，以利爾後從事畜禽養殖時之動物飼養管理及疾病防制。

Teach students the principles, mechanism and disease control application of animal medical sciences such as bacterial, virology, parasitics, pathology, pharmacy and other basic subjects, as well as other animal diseases-related learning areas, so as to facilitate animal breeding management and disease prevention during livestock and poultry breeding.
