課程目標 (Course Objectives)
刑法分則是依據保護法益定位其體系，歸類出侵害個人法益、侵害社會法益以及侵害國家法益等三大類型，在這三大類型下再細分出個別罪章。希望能幫助同學建立體系架構，清楚掌握基礎概念。
課程內涵 (Course Contents)
本課程係針對已經修習總則課程的同學所開設之課程。刑法總則的課程偏重於理論之講解；而刑法案例研究則偏重案例的操作。本課程共計十八週，扣除期中、期末考，上課的時間共有十六週，在十六週的上課中，將深入探討刑法十六個代表性的案例，希望同學們透過案例教學，除了重新復習原有的刑事訴訟法的原理原則，也能培養同學解題的能力。期中、期未考試比照國家考試方式，希望藉此能加強同學們答題能力及技巧。Course Objectives
The criminal law is to position its system based on protecting legal interests, and to identify three types of crimes, including infringement of personal legal interests, infringement of social legal interests, and infringement of national legal interests. Under these three types, a separate crime seal will be finely divided. I hope it can help students establish a system structure and clearly grasp the basic concepts.
Course Contents
This course is a course designed for students who have already completed the general course. The course of the Criminal Law focuses on the explanation of theoretical discussions; while the case studies of the Criminal Law focus on the operation of cases. This course is 18 weeks in total, with the mid-term and final exams deducting the course, and the class is 16 weeks long. During the 16-week class, we will explore the sixteen representative cases of the Criminal Law in depth. We hope that through case teaching, students can not only revise the principles and principles of the original criminal lawsuit law, but also cultivate their students' ability to explain questions. The mid-term and unexpected tests are compared with the national test methods, and I hope that this will enhance the students' answering skills and skills.
