「刑法實例演練」課程（下稱本課程）的開設，以曾修習「刑法總則」課程完畢的二年級以上同學為主。本課程的主要目的在於，協助學生於刑法實例的演練上，理解並運用刑法總則的理論，並適度配合刑法分則的內容。本課程的主要內涵在於案例演練，輔以講解說明。The "Criminal Law Example Practice" course (hereinafter referred to as this course) is mainly for students above the second year after completing the "Criminal Law General".
