教育目標 Course Target
「刑法實例演練」課程（下稱本課程）的開設，以曾修習「刑法總則」課程完畢的二年級以上同學為主。本課程的主要目的在於，協助學生於刑法實例的演練上，理解並運用刑法總則的理論，並適度配合刑法分則的內容。本課程的主要內涵在於案例演練，輔以講解說明。
The "Criminal Law Example Practice" course (hereinafter referred to as this course) is mainly for students above the second year after completing the "Criminal Law General". The main purpose of this course is to assist students in the practice of criminal law examples, understand and apply the theories of the general criminal law, and to suit the content of the criminal law divisions. The main connotation of this course lies in case practice and explain it with explanations.
