本課程針對大三學生，併用學說理論解說與案例實作之教學方式，期待建立修課學生基礎法學素養與思考模式培養，並培養對於我國民事契約法律之興趣。

This course provides teaching methods for junior high school students using academic explanations and case practices. We look forward to establishing basic legal cultivation and thinking mode for students in the course, and cultivating interest in civil contract laws in our country.
