教育目標 Course Target
本課程針對大三學生，併用學說理論解說與案例演習實作之教授方式，期結合修課學生已有之專業智識基礎，輔以對實務運作之認知，培養修課學生對於我國民事契約法律之興趣，並建立其對於契約法之基礎認知。
This course provides teaching methods for junior high school students using academic explanations and case performance. It aims to combine the professional intellectual foundations that students already have, and to fully understand practical work, cultivate students' interest in civil contract laws in our country, and establish their basic knowledge about contract laws.
