5. 學會應用SEM方法進行研究 本部分課程希望讓修課的同學建立對結構方程模式(structural equation modeling)的統計原理、分析流程、及相關應用等基本概念,並介紹線性結構模型專用套裝軟體——LISREL、PLS-GUI的操作與報表解讀,以讓碩士班研究生具備使用SEM進行研究分析的能力。本課程將以老師講解原理與分析流程,並操作軟體;學生同步在課堂上操作軟體及課後進行作業練習為主要授課方式。為了讓修課同學瞭解如何使用SEM於研究上,本研究也會進行運用SEM方法研究論文之課堂研討與報告,以讓修課同學瞭解如何運用SEM方法於研究分析之上。本課程將著重在介紹SEM的分析流程及如何應用SEM方法於個人之研究主題,包括衡量式分析、確認性因素分析、量表信度與效度分析、中介變項分析、高階因素分析、及多群分析等。1. 5. The SEM method will be used for research. This part of the course hopes that students in the course will establish basic concepts such as structural equation modeling, analysis process, and related application, and introduce the operation and report interpretation of LISREL and PLS-GUI, a specialized installation software for linear structural modeling, so that bachelor's degree graduate students have the ability to use SEM for research and analysis. This course will use the teacher to explain the principles and analysis process, and operate the software; students will simultaneously operate the software in the class and conduct professional training after the class. In order to let students in class understand how to use SEM in research, this study will also conduct course discussions and reports on research papers using SEM methods to allow students in class to understand how to use SEM methods in research and analysis. This course will focus on introducing the analysis process of SEM and how to apply SEM methods to personal research topics, including measurement analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, scale reliability and validity analysis, mediation change analysis, high-level factor analysis, and multi-group analysis.
本課程在介紹結構方程模型(structural equations modeling/SEM)的基本觀念、分析原理、分析步驟、及軟體的操作與解釋,屬於一門進階的數量方法。這門課希望讓修課同學具備使用SEM方法進行餐旅管理領域量化研究或量表建構的基本知識與能力。
This course introduces the basic concepts, analysis principles, analysis steps, and software operation and explanation of structural equation modeling/SEM, which belongs to an advanced quantitative method. This course hopes that students in the course have the basic knowledge and ability to use SEM methods to conduct quantitative research or scale construction in the field of catering and tourism management.
