教育目標 Course Target
肌肉與脂肪組織的生長發育在家畜動物生長研究中是相當重要的一部分。此課程旨在幫助學生瞭解脂肪細胞的發生和生長、結構和功能，以及其在動物生長與體內能量恆定所扮演的角色。
The growth and development of muscle and fat tissues is a very important part of the growth research of livestock animals. This course is designed to help students understand the development and growth, structure and function of fat cells, as well as their role in animal growth and intraphysical energy conditioning.
