教育目標 Course Target
課程目標:旨在講授地方制度法之基本法制架構，並分析該法制之規範作用。
課程內涵:該課程係針對地方制度法之規制架構，逐章節加以講授和探討。
Course objective: aims to teach the basic legal structure of local system laws and analyze the regulations and functions of the legal system.
The course content: The course is about the regulation structure of local system laws and regulations, and is taught and discussed in chapter by chapter.
課程概述 Course Description
旨在講授臺灣地方制度，並由法制觀點分析立法意旨，逐條適義，並且進行研討，以提昇學習效果。
It aims to teach and impart Taiwan's local system, and analyze the legislative purpose through legal perspectives, and conduct research and discussion to improve learning effects.
