本課程內容將以如何使財務與管理的結合而設計，目標能使公司主管瞭解如何以財務的角度思考工作的性質與方向,並進而以最有效率的方式，配合公司達成目標。課程重點除了介紹財務必須具備的工具外，包括瞭解創造公司價值的重要性，公司目標訂定的適宜性，價值管理的作法, 關鍵績效指標的建立方法，追求價值極大下的績效衡量與管理等。期望修完課程後，學生能夠以全面性且長期性的角度思考管理決策，以達追求公司極大價值的財務目標。在課程之餘，亦將輔以相關個案進行小組討論，讓學生能夠在個案討論中瞭解財務的功能與意涵。

The content of this course will be designed in a combination of financial and management. The goal will enable company managers to understand how to think about the nature and direction of work from a financial perspective, and in order to cooperate with the company to achieve goals in the most efficient way. In addition to introducing the tools that must be provided for financial services, the course focuses on understanding the importance of creating company value, the suitability of company goal setting, the practice of value management, the method of establishing key performance indicators, and the pursuit of performance measurement and management under great value. We hope that after completing the course, students can think about management decisions from a comprehensive and long-term perspective to pursue financial goals of the company's great value.
