This course will introduce the elements that influence the finances of a firm when it corsses international borders. Based on materials contained in the assigned textbook, topics in this course include Global Financial Environment, Foreign Exhcange Theory and Markets, Foreign Exchange Exposure, Financing the Global Firm, and Foreign Investment Decisions. While this course will discuss theoretical basis on various issues, it also mixes in discussion of firms' actual behaviors and emprircal evidence.

This course provides a comprehensive introduction and analysis of the practical and theoretical discussions of various international financial management tools. The basic courses provided by international exchange and financial managers in the future will be provided by international exchange and financial managers. The main contents are: the structure of international financial operations, the organization and functions of futures, futures and the selection of foreign exchange markets, the pipelines and mechanisms for avoiding and investing operations in foreign exchange markets; the management and methods of international exchange; the status and prospects of long-term and short-term international financial markets.
