教育目標 Course Target
近年來各領域之專業倫理甚受重視，本課程希望討論法律人在專業領域中應重視之各項倫理議題，期望使修課同學在重視專業之外，亦能注重相關之倫理議題。本課程將分成專業倫理、檢察官倫理、律師倫理、法官倫理等單元，並藉由個案討論、專家講座、法庭觀察等多元的課程活動，探討法律倫理相關議題。
In recent years, professional ethics in various fields have been highly valued. This course hopes to discuss various ethics issues that legal professionals should pay attention to in their professional fields, and hopes that students in the course can pay attention to related ethics issues in addition to their professionalism. This course will be divided into professional ethics, prosecutor ethics, lawyer ethics, judge ethics, etc., and explore legal ethics related issues through various course activities such as case discussion, expert lectures, and court observation.
