教育目標 Course Target
本課程之教學目標為以下兩點：1.探討法的本質與法律制度中正義與一般法律原理原則之理論。2.探討司法院大法官之憲法解釋論。主要內容係就司法與裁判之角度，思考權利保障制度與理論相關問題。具體的內容包括權利論、法解釋論、法正義論、司法違憲審查制度等項目。
The teaching objectives of this course are as follows: 1. Explore the principles of the essence of law and the principles of justice and general legal principles in the legal system. 2. Explore the explanation of the controversy between the Supreme Court of Justice. The main content is to think about the rights protection system and theoretical issues from the perspective of judicial and judgment. The specific content includes rights discussions, legal interpretations, legal justice arguments, judicial violation review system and other items.
