民法債編總論為財產法的權利義務關係的通則，在今交易頻繁的社會關係中，債法的適用及了解更形重要。本課程著重於建立學生對債編通則的體系基礎及理論應用，以奠定學生財產法的基礎。因此本課程首先就債編通則的體系作一整體性的介紹及分析，以建立學生對債總的基礎了解，然後分就債之發生︑標的︑效力︑移轉︑消滅及多數債權人及債務人等主題，以體系表的建立及實務判例之解說為主，循序闡釋相關理論，並藉由案例之演譯，以培養學生適用理論於實務的能力。

The civil law debt encouraging is generally a common policy on the rights relations of property law. In today's social relations with frequent transactions, the application and understanding of debt law are more important. This course focuses on establishing the systemic basis and theoretical application of students' debt editing rules to lay the foundation for student property methods. Therefore, this course first introduces and analyzes the system of debt editing in a comprehensive way to establish a basic understanding of debt, and then divides the topics of debt occurrence and eliminates the effects of debt and many debtors and debtors. It mainly focuses on the establishment of the system table and the interpretation of practical precedents, and explains the relevant theory in sequence, and uses case interpretation to cultivate students' ability to apply theory to practice.

研究民法上所規定的債之通則，就債的發生、標的、效力、移轉、消滅與多數債務人及多數債權人等之理論與實踐。債法 具有交易法的色彩，於今日人與人接觸頻繁，發生財產上的權利義務關係甚多之情形下，最為重要。
