本課程目標為提供餐旅系學生學習何謂行銷管理知識、理論與實務應用工具。課程主要內容有行銷總體環境、行銷策略、行銷研究、區隔、目標顧客與定位、以及行銷工具。授課方式為演講式教學法與個案教學法視情況使用之。希冀餐旅系同學修完本課程,能對行銷管理知識應用於餐旅業有更深一層地體悟與瞭解。The purpose of this course is to provide catering and tourism students with knowledge, theory and practice application tools. The main contents of the course include marketing overall environment, marketing strategies, marketing research, partitions, target customers and positioning, and marketing tools. The teaching method is used in the teaching method and the case teaching method. I hope that students from the Department of Catering and Tourism will complete this course and have a deeper understanding and understanding of marketing management knowledge and application in the catering and tourism industry.
