課程概述 Course Description
以策略管理之內涵作為課程之理論架構及台灣之食品產業及企業作為個案與實務討論與分析,循次漸進探討食品企業與產業之策略管理並以台灣之食品產業與企業作個案討論與分析.
Using the connotation of strategic management as the theoretical structure of the course and the discussion and analysis of the food industry and enterprises in Taiwan as a case and practice, we explore the strategic management of food enterprises and industries in sequence, and discuss and analyze the case and analyze the food industry and enterprises in Taiwan.
