教育目標 Course Target
為了使學生在畢業前先踏入職場、在競爭激烈的職場上做好實務研究。讓大學生在大四提早進入企業，目的是希望學生可以提前進入心儀之企業，利用大四期間，好好表現，增加職場經驗。藉由提早接觸職場文化，在一邊求學一邊實習過程中，若發現有專業相關能力不足的地方，可於下學期回學校再做補強，與社會接軌。
In order to enable students to enter the job field before graduation and do practical research in the fiercely competitive job field. The purpose of letting college students enter the enterprise early in their senior year is to hope that students can enter the enterprise in their hearts in advance, use the senior year to perform well, and increase their career experience. By getting to know the field culture early, in the process of learning the practice side by side, if you find that you have insufficient professional and relevant abilities, you can return to school in the next period and then strengthen it and connect with society.
