本課程以畜產系高年級為教學對象，為學年課程。希望已具備對禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種及畜產品加工等專業知識之同學，能將其綜合而成為經營一連貫性的畜牧事業。主要內容包括近年來畜牧產業新知，推行政策(CAS、產銷履歷、有機畜產品)，各種估測經營規模之指標、畜禽生產管理指標、牧場規劃與財務管控，畜產原物料收購與產品銷售通路、品質與銷售管理，以及畜牧產業自動化、動物用藥與疫病防治(人畜獸共同傳染病、天敵、生物恐怕攻擊)等。

This course takes seniors in the animal department as the teaching object and is the academic year course. I hope that I have a companion to know professional knowledge about poultry and animal physiology, breeding, nutrition, breeding, and animal product processing, and can combine them into a comprehensive livestock business. The main contents include new knowledge of the animal husbandry industry in recent years, implementation of policies (CAS, sales practices, organic livestock and products), various indicators for estimating business scales, livestock and poultry production management indicators, pasture planning and financial control, livestock raw material acquisition and product sales channels, quality and sales management, as well as animal husbandry industry automation, animal medicine and epidemic prevention and control (co-infection of human and animal animals, mortal attacks, biological attacks), etc.
