1.目標: 透過課程的各個單元，對社會個案工作有概括性的瞭解；本學期課程特別著重於個案工作的流程，讓同學能學習一個個案完整的處理過程。
2.內涵: 本學期課程包括有個案工作定義、個案工作知識基礎、個案工作專業倫理、接案、收集資料、預估、干預、家庭訪視、資源轉介、安置、家庭圖與生態圖繪製等內容。

1. Objective: Through each unit of the course, gain a general understanding of social case work; this semester’s course focuses particularly on the process of case work, allowing students to learn the complete handling process of a case.
2. Connotation: This semester’s courses include the definition of casework, knowledge base of casework, professional ethics of casework, case taking, data collection, estimation, intervention, family visits, resource referral, placement, family diagram and ecological diagram drawing, etc.

本課程的主要目標是透過課程的各個單元，對社會個案工作的概念與實務有概括性的瞭解。本學期課程特別著重於教授個案工作的流程，包括接案、收集資料、預估、處遇、評估、結案、個案記錄撰寫、與專業關係的建立等的概念與實務操作，並讓同學從各種不同案例中，練習實務技巧的運用，期望同學能學習一個個案完整的處理過程。

The main objective of this course is to gain a general understanding of the concepts and practices of social casework through each unit of the course. This semester's course particularly focuses on teaching the process of case work, including concepts and practical operations such as receiving cases, collecting information, estimating, handling, evaluating, closing cases, writing case records, and establishing professional relationships. It also allows students to practice the use of practical skills from a variety of different cases. It is expected that students can learn the complete handling process of a case.
